Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read this before enrolling in the Microbusiness Millionaire: Operating System course.

All sales are final. Course tuition is non-refundable.
The short version: seats are capped and course materials are delivered the moment you pay, so tuition is non-refundable — except where we cancel or reschedule a cohort. The detail is below.
Seats are limited
Each cohort is capped at five students. When you reserve a seat, that seat is held for you and is no longer available to anyone else — which is why enrollment can't be undone once materials are sent.
Missed sessions
The Operating System is an online course held on Saturdays. Sessions you're unable to attend are not refundable or credited, and we're not able to guarantee make-up sessions.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a cohort, or reschedule it in a way that no longer works for you, you'll receive a full refund of your tuition. This is the one circumstance in which tuition is returned.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the course waitlist is free and carries no obligation. You aren't enrolled and you won't be charged until you choose to reserve a seat in an open cohort. You can leave the waitlist at any time.
Free tools and the book
The downloadable tools in the Reader's Vault are free — nothing to refund. The book is not yet on sale. When it publishes, returns will be handled by the retailer under its own policy, not ours.
